Answers to common questions
Hala Habibi is an all-in-one Discord bot. One bot handles leveling and voice XP, a virtual economy, casino-style games, football-card collecting, moderation with a full audit log, and community tools like giveaways and Question of the Day — all managed from a live web dashboard.
Click Add to Discord on the home page and pick your server (you need the Manage Server permission). Then run /setup in Discord and press ✨ Auto-Setup — the bot creates and wires up every channel it needs in one click. There's a full walkthrough in the setup guide.
Yes — all core features are free. There's an optional Premium tier that unlocks extra customisation (custom XP tuning, auto-roles, faster leveling, 2× economy rewards and more), but you never have to pay to use the bot.
The bot's interface — every command, menu and reply — is in English. It's used by a friendly community that includes many Arabic speakers, and Arabic chat works perfectly (Arabic messages count toward XP, leaderboards and stats like any other), but the bot itself replies in English. The theme and name are Arab & Gulf inspired; everyone from anywhere is welcome.
No. Anyone can use the fun commands — /rank, /leaderboard, economy, games, cards and so on. Only setup and moderation commands need the right permissions (Manage Server for setup; Kick/Ban/Timeout for moderation).
Members earn XP from chatting and from time spent in voice channels, with separate chat, voice and overall levels. Everyone gets a custom rank card (/rank), you can see the top members with /leaderboard, and admins can automatically award roles at chosen levels. XP rates, cooldowns and difficulty are all tunable.
A virtual currency called Dinars that members earn from daily rewards, a /work job and games, then spend in the server shop or on power-ups. It's entirely virtual — no real money is involved.
A collectible mini-game: roll for original-art football cards across rarity tiers with /card roll, claim a guaranteed daily card, gift cards to friends, and climb the collector leaderboard.
Staff can warn, timeout, kick, ban, purge, lock channels and more, with an optional rule that requires a reason for every action. The dashboard's audit log records every change in your server — including actions done by right-click or by another bot — showing who did what, organised into sections, searchable and filterable by member, role or date, with CSV export.
Yes — heavily. From /config in Discord or the dashboard you can tune XP multipliers and difficulty, economy rates, game bet limits, power-up prices, level-up messages, Question-of-the-Day schedules and more. Each server keeps its own settings.
The bot records who invited whom and through which link. Check /invites and /invitelb in Discord, or the Invites page on the dashboard for a full "who joined through whom" view.
We only store what's needed to run the features — levels, economy balances, settings and moderation logs — and we never sell your data. Server admins can clear it. Read the full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
You can kick the bot from your server at any time from Discord's member list. To clear stored data, ask via /feedback or in the community server and an admin can remove it.
Regularly — new features and fixes ship often. See the What's New page for the latest, or run /whatsnew in Discord.
Run /feedback in Discord to message the team directly, or join our community server (linked on the home page).
