🎧 Fixed voice hours looking inconsistent with voice XP: since hours started being recorded after XP was already accumulating, older members' hours were undercounted. Their historical time is now estimated from the voice XP they actually earned, so hours and XP line up — and they stay in sync from here on.
🐛 Fixed a bug where voice level-ups were checked against the wrong server's XP settings.
🥇 Leaderboards now combine the numbers: the Chat board shows message counts next to XP, and the Voice board shows total voice hours next to XP — on the dashboard and in /leaderboard.
